Iran notified US, Russia before missile attack on Israel: Official tells Reuters

A senior Iranian official told Reuters on Tuesday that Iran notified the United States through diplomatic channels "shortly before the attacks." 
 
The official further revealed that Tehran had also informed Russia in advance of the missile attack on Israel.
