Iran state TV says new missile salvo fired at Israel

Iran fired a new salvo of missiles at Israel on Monday, state television said, in response to U.S.-Israeli strikes that killed supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.

"The 11th wave of Operation Honest Promise 4 is underway with missile and drone strikes on targets in Beersheva," Iranian state TV said at about 3:30 pm local time (1200 GMT), citing a statement from the Revolutionary Guards.
