Financial Times: Iran says “non-hostile” ships can pass through the Strait of Hormuz

The Financial Times reported, citing a letter, that Iran informed member states of the International Maritime Organization that “non-hostile ships” will be allowed to pass through the Strait of Hormuz if they coordinate with Iranian authorities.

Reuters said it could not independently verify the newspaper’s report.
