REPORT: Cabinet’s legal procedures prior to Parliamentary elections

The mandate of the current parliament will end on the 20th of June 2013.

As long as a new electoral law is not ratified, elections will be taking place on the basis of the 1960’s electoral law.

This report will explain the legal procedures that the cabinet should follow prior to the parliamentary elections.
