EU aviation agency advises airlines to avoid Gulf airspace

The European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) on Tuesday advised airlines to avoid flying through the airspace of Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates, as well as over the Gulf of Oman, amid renewed attacks between Iran and the United States.

The agency said the advisory will remain in effect until July 29.
