Israel targets alleged Hezbollah Radwan Force sites in Bekaa airstrikes

The Israeli army said Monday it carried out airstrikes on Hezbollah targets in Lebanon’s Bekaa region, targeting what it described as military sites used by the group’s elite Radwan Force.

Army spokesperson Avichay Adraee said the strikes hit several locations where Hezbollah members were spotted, including camps allegedly used for training and operational planning against Israel.

“The storage of weapons and military training against the State of Israel by Hezbollah members constitutes a blatant violation of understandings between Israel and Lebanon and poses a threat to the State of Israel,” Adraee stated.

He added that the Israeli army “will continue to act to eliminate any threat to the State of Israel.”
