Higher Defense Council urges Lebanese to uphold responsibility and national unity

The secretary-general of the Higher Defense Council called on all Lebanese to uphold a strong sense of responsibility and national duty to preserve security and stability.

He praised the spirit of public discipline across the country and emphasized the importance of living together in harmony.

The council asked the Ministry of Public Works to keep Lebanese airspace open while ensuring passenger safety, and tasked the Foreign Ministry with staying in contact with diplomatic missions to monitor the situation of Lebanese abroad.
