Israeli army expands evacuation warning to additional villages in South Lebanon

The Israeli army's spokesperson Avichay Adraee issued a new urgent warning calling on residents of additional villages in southern Lebanon to evacuate immediately.

The warning includes the villages of Jibchit, Habbouch, Harouf, Kfar Joz, Nabatieh El Faouqa, Ebba, Aadchit El Chqif, Arab Salim, Touline, Houmine El Faouqa, Mjadel, Arzoun, Dounine, Hmairi, and Maaroub.

In the statement, Adraee said that Hezbollah's activities in these areas are forcing Israeli forces to act, while asserting that the army does not intend to harm civilians. Residents were urged to leave their homes immediately and move at least 1,000 meters away toward open areas.

The statement warned that anyone remaining near Hezbollah fighters, infrastructure, or weapons would be putting their lives at risk.
