Lebanese Armed Forces Intelligence Bureau raided on Wednesday a weapons cache located between the northern towns of Jdeideh Aydamoun and Cheikhlar.

The warehouse, where the cache was discovered, is said to belong to Lebanese citizen Houssein Mohammad Daher, born in 1972.

Daher is a retired soldier in the Lebanese Armed Forces who rented the warehouse to a Syrian national identified as Wael Abdel Karim.

The Lebanese army units seized during the raid three Grad rockets, 6 mortar shells, 120 explosive devices, 40 boxes of ammunition and other prohibited, military items.
