Mikati: Casting your votes on election day is a right and duty-[VIDEO]

Prime Minister Najib Mikati stated on Wednesday that “the Lebanese people on various Lebanese territories are invited to participate in the parliamentary elections next Sunday, after two electoral rounds that were successfully completed last week in the expatriate countries.”

“Casting your votes on election day is a right and a duty that you should not be abstained from, and the responsibility of citizens in the first place is to choose who they want to represent them,” Mikati stressed.

He went on to say that “this is the natural pathway for the change that the Lebanese seek, regardless of people and affiliations,” calling upon the Lebanese people to let the election day be an essential station in the path of democracy for themselves and Lebanon’s future.
