Macron 'reasonably optimistic' EU aid to reach Ukraine

French President Emmanuel Macron said Monday he was "reasonably optimistic" that 90 billion euros in EU loans to Ukraine could be unblocked following Viktor Orban's defeat in Hungary.

With the Hungarian prime minister's departure, "we can be reasonably optimisic about the sound progress and implementation", of the loan, Macron told journalists in Poland.
