Israeli army warns money changers allegedly linked to Hezbollah after strikes

The Israeli army spokesperson Avichay Adraee issued a warning to money changers allegedly working with Hezbollah, linking the message to airstrikes carried out by the Israeli army in Lebanon a day earlier.

Adraee said that during the war, Israeli forces had targeted Hezbollah's financial sources, including the Al-Qard Al-Hasan Association and fuel networks. He added that exchange networks constitute "one of the group's primary funding channels."

He named two individuals, Mohammad Noureddine and Hussein Ibrahim, alleging they play central roles in financial transfer operations supporting Hezbollah.

According to Adraee, Noureddine is a Lebanese businessman who owns several exchange companies, including Trade Point International S.A.R.L., which he said is used to transfer funds from multiple countries to Hezbollah through networks of local money changers.

He also alleged that Ibrahim operates within a similar network, managing a company called BOA CHANCE outside Lebanon and using international trade routes and front companies to facilitate money transfers and laundering.

Adraee said the message serves as a warning to money changers allegedly financing Hezbollah, stating that continued involvement "puts them at risk." He also addressed Lebanese civilians, urging them to avoid any contact with such financial networks for their own safety.
