Israeli military warns residents against going south of Zahrani River

Israeli military spokesperson Avichay Adraee issued a warning to residents of South Lebanon, cautioning against going south of the Zahrani River amid ongoing military operations in the area.

In a statement, Adraee said that fighting in South Lebanon remains ongoing and that the Israeli military continues to target what it described as Hezbollah facilities and infrastructure located within or near villages in the region.

"The Israeli army does not intend to harm civilians," the statement said, while urging residents to avoid heading south of the Zahrani River until further notice.

Adraee warned that anyone traveling into areas south of the river would be placing their life at risk, citing continuing military activity and strikes against Hezbollah positions.
