Speaker Berri says Israeli strike in Khardali was “not a mistake,” offers condolences to Lebanese Army

Speaker of Parliament Nabih Berri contacted the Army Commander Rodolph Haykal, offering condolences to the Lebanese Army leadership, officers, and personnel, as well as to the families of the soldiers killed on Saturday in an Israeli strike in Khardali, southern Lebanon.

Berri stressed that the incident was “not a mistake or a suspicion,” rejecting Israel’s claims that it was an error or justified action.
