REPORT: Iran presents a 4-item initiative to UN envoy

Teheran has presented an initiative of four main items to the UN envoy Lakhdar Brahimi, who may have also delivered a personal message that aims at convincing Syrian President Bashar Assad not to run for presidential elections.
