Situation in Spanish enclave Ceuta has returned to almost normal: Minister

Practically all migrants who crossed from Morocco to Spain's Ceuta enclave have returned and the situation has returned to almost normal, Spanish Interior Minister Fernando Grande-Marlaska told reporters on Saturday.

"Almost all of them have already left Ceuta," the minister said when asked about the tens of thousands of migrants who had crossed into the enclave. "The situation has been almost entirely reversed."
