Israeli army issues renewed evacuation warning for multiple southern Lebanese towns

Israeli military spokesperson Avichay Adraee said in a post on X that residents of several villages in southern Lebanon should evacuate immediately.

The warning included the towns of Tora, Nabatieh al-Tahta, Houbboush, Bazouriyeh, Tayr Debba, Kfar Houna, Ain Qana, Labaya, Jibshit, Shahabiya (Tayr Zibna), Bourj El-Shemali in Tyre, and Houmine El-Fawqa.

Adraee said that, following what he described as continued ceasefire violations by Hezbollah, the Israeli military would act against the group “with force,” stressing that it does not intend to harm civilians.

He urged residents to leave their homes immediately and move at least 1,000 meters away toward open areas, warning that anyone near Hezbollah members, infrastructure, or weapons could be at risk.
