Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah stressed on Saturday that the next president of republic must garner a wide support base in order to fulfill his legal and constitutional obligations.

Nasrallah’s comments were made during a televised speech whereby he noted that responsibility entails exerting significant effort “to form a government as soon as possible, and to hold the presidential elections on its constitutional date."
