President Aoun meets Russian Ambassador, receives Moscow’s support for Lebanon’s sovereign decisions

President Joseph Aoun received the Russian Ambassador to Lebanon, Alexander Rudakov, who conveyed his country’s support for the Lebanese government’s recent sovereign decisions.

According to a statement, the Russian position reaffirms Moscow’s backing for Lebanon’s sovereignty, territorial integrity, and unity, based on principles of non-interference in internal affairs and the resolution of all domestic disputes through comprehensive national dialogue involving all political parties without exception.
