Israeli army warns Borj el-Chmali residents to evacuate immediately

Israeli military spokesperson Avichay Adraee issued an urgent warning to residents of Borj el-Chmali, saying the army is preparing to act against Hezbollah after what it described as violations of the ceasefire agreement.

In a statement, Adraee said the Israeli military does not intend to harm civilians, but claimed that Hezbollah’s actions had forced it to operate with force against the group.

“For your safety, you must evacuate your homes immediately and move at least 1,000 meters away from the village into open areas,” the warning said.

He added that anyone near Hezbollah members, infrastructure, or military equipment is putting their life at serious risk.
