Macron to host Italy's Meloni on June 25 for first bilateral summit: Office

French President Emmanuel Macron will host Italy's far-right leader Giorgia Meloni in the southeastern city of Antibes for their first bilateral summit on June 25, the Elysee said on Friday.

"This summit will provide an opportunity to deepen Franco-Italian cooperation in several strategic sectors, in particular defense, space, energy and infrastructure," the French presidency said.
