Trump on US aid to Iranian protesters: You’ll find out for yourselves

U.S. President Donald Trump told reporters on Tuesday that they would have to find out for themselves what he meant by the phrase “help is on the way,” which he had posted on social media, after being asked for clarification.

In response to the question, he added, “You’ll have to find out. I apologize.”

Trump then traveled to Detroit, Michigan, to deliver a speech on the economy.
